The BRIMS 2012 Conference  will be held in the beauty of the Amelia Island Plantation, in Amelia Island, Florida. The natural beauty of this paradise will indulge your senses, invigorate your mind, and nourish your soul.

Amelia Island Plantation is  just a short 45 minute drive from downtown Jacksonville, and 29 miles from Jacksonville International Airport.

Hotel Reservations:
Initial deposit of one night room and tax is due at the time of the individual booking.  Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Individuals may cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival with no penalty.  Reservations canceled within 7 days are the responsibility of the guest canceling the reservation and are subject to forfeiture of the full value of the reservation.

Room rates include unlimited high speed internet access in rooms, unlimited on-property shuttle transportation, and unlimited use of health and fitness center.
