BRIMS enables human behavior representation (HBR) modeling and simulation research scientists, engineers, application users and technical communities to meet, share ideas and experiences, identify gaps in current capabilities, discuss new research directions, highlight promising technologies, and showcase applications. It is in its 19th year and continues to reach an ever widening military, government, academic, and industry community in the U.S. and internationally.
